I have to say that Amanda O'Neal was the worst tenant that I've ever rented to since I started in 2008. I rented to her on 8/2012 and she didn't make 3 months before the payments stopped and the excuses started. We tried to work with her for several months, before the eviction process was started. We eventually got her evicted after another 7 months of non payments, we also had to garnish her checks to get back the $14,000+ of back rent. To top it off, she did the same thing to her previous landlord as well. We only found this out after he reached out, once he saw my court case results on the court website.

2. Dog cage imprinted in flooring with piss stains

3. Broken patio door and handle

4. Missing basement window

5. Broken upstairs windows

6. Stained doors and carpet

7. Soiled toilets and bathroom

8. massive junk needed to be removed

9. Written on countertops with marker

10. Damaged walls

11. Mold in the refrigerator and rotten food left behind

12. Oven and stove stained
